a) Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance:
Bookings canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no cancellation fees.
b) Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours in advance:
Bookings canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee, provided a valid medical justification is submitted. The medical justification must be emailed to herimarcv@gmail.com within 24 hours of the cancellation.
c) Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance:
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
d) No-show:
If you fail to attend on the day of the service, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
e) Exceptional situations:
For cancellations due to family emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service to discuss possible exceptions.
f) Groups “On Request”:
Cancellation terms for groups will be determined on a case-by-case basis, upon request and prior confirmation. For more information, contact herimarcv@gmail.com
Cancellation Process:
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at herimarcv@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation, using the original payment method.
